NUI Integrated Activity Planner & Scheduler with Altrad Integrity Services:

Altrad Integrity Services are seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to lead and coordinate the integrated planning and scheduling of activities across NUI assets, ensuring safe, efficient, and optimised execution of maintenance, operations, well services and project work scopes in conjunction with NUI mission coordination team.

 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

 

Integrated Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules for NUI missions, turnarounds, and projects using tools such as Primavera, SAP & MS applications.
  • Align activities across disciplines to ensure resource availability and minimise conflicts.
  • Align resource sharing across assets to optimise where possible through integration.
  • Interface with medium term planner to align asset activities
  • Interface with Nodal planners to align with logistics cost savings

 

Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate integrated planning meetings and readiness reviews with offshore and onshore teams.
  • Interface with asset planners, mission coordinators, and maintenance execution coordinators (MEC) to validate scope and timing.
  • Ensure alignment with medium term planner, production programmers and production units to reduce deferment.
  • Coordinate interface with well operator to align well services activities into mission plans

 

Risk & Contingency Management

  • Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Adjust plans dynamically to accommodate weather delays, equipment failures, or emergent work.
  • Maintain flexibility in planning to support rapid response and recovery.

 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track progress against baseline schedules and report KPIs to leadership.
  • Use dashboards to communicate schedule status against set plans and forecasts.
  • Support continuous improvement by analysing schedule performance and lessons learned from after action reviews

 

Compliance & Safety Integration

  • Ensure all planned activities comply with safety standards and permit-to-work system.
  • Integrate safety-critical tasks into the schedule including isolations / pre-works in conjunction with mission coordination team.
  • Support audits and reviews by providing accurate planning documentation.

Specific Requirements:

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in offshore planning, preferably on NUI or similar assets.
  • Strong proficiency in planning software (Primavera, MS suite) and digital scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of offshore logistics, marine coordination, and maintenance workflows.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience, knowledge of SAP maintenance system.
