Quality Services Manager

 

Location: Dyce, Aberdeen
Hours: 40 per week | Contract: Permanent | Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in-office)

 

Altrad Integrity Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Services Manager to lead and inspire our high-performing team. You’ll lead a team who are responsible for hiring, coordinating and managing third party inspectors, ensuring consistent delivery of high quality inspection services.

 

This is a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence across national and international operations, championing safety, quality, and client satisfaction at every turn.

 

As a strategic leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping local strategies that align with the corporate vision while growing and strengthening client relationships.


What You’ll Be Doing

Safety & Quality Leadership

  • Lead by example, promoting a strong HSEQ culture across all operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and client HSE procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, driving continuous efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure alignment with UKAS accreditation standards, maintaining compliance across systems, procedures and processes.

Client Relationship & Business Growth

  • Promote Altrad’s portfolio of products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales and PMO teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
  • Shape business approaches aligned to market conditions and client needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee delivery of services with a focus on efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Act as the senior point of contact across Operational and PMO departments.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring continual improvement.
  • Lead third-party inspection activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory and client standards.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Set SMART goals for your team aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead performance and development cycles, identifying and nurturing talent.
  • Champion succession planning and support career growth within your team.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Relevant operational experience, preferably managing third party inspection
  • Experience with aligning to UKAS accreditation standards
  • Demonstrable leadership experience, with a strong technical and commercial track record
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver against performance targets
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a relevant industry
