Job Description Finance Assistant with Altrad Integrity Services:
At Altrad Integrity Services, we're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance operations by processing General Ledger & Accounts Payable transactions. In this role, you’ll contribute to delivering a best-in-class financial administration service, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. You’ll work across various ERP systems and support a broad range of finance processes at different levels of maturity—making this a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setting.
Tasks and Responsibilities as Finance Assistant:
Transaction Processing
- Accurately collect, check, and process data in financial systems
- Code data and perform financial calculations
- Handle General Ledger (GL) &Accounts Payable (AP) transactions
- Provide holiday cover for the AIS weekly payroll including the accurate input, preparation and checking of offshore & site timesheets
Invoice Handling & Payments
- Register and process supplier invoices
- Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place
- Validate payment terms and handle invoice filing
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare internal financial reports, including monthly closings
- Compile and analyse balance sheets
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with business standards
Business Support
- Provide operational support and advice to the wider business
- Liaise with specialist departments and escalate complex queries when needed
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Create and maintain financial documentation aligned with process standards
- Identify and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency

Specific Requirements for the Finance Assistant:
Education & Experience
Education
- Vocational education in finance administration
Experience and Skills
- Adequate mix of finance processes;
- Different business sectors;
- ERP-systems;
- Adequate knowledge in own specialized field built on an understanding of the theoretical concepts and principles and their context
