JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Job Description Co-ordinator with Altrad Integrity Services:

To provide operational co-ordination in support of the Base Facility operation.  Ensure all result areas are up to date with organisation and industry requirements, in relation to the Base Facility.

This role requires interaction with internal colleagues and suppliers. Adherence to relevant AIS policies and procedures and supporting the development, improvement and policies of and procedures of their own areas of responsibility is required.

 

Key to this role is the ability to build strong relationships across the business. The Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and a structured and resourceful way of working is essential.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities as Co-ordinator:

  • Responsible for collating information produced from Altrad’s MSS report
  • Customs Compliance checks for international import and exports
  • Responsible for raising transport PO’s & local internal billing
  • Creating CTR for hires of external equipment
  • Vehicle Management including tracking, servicing & repairs, fuel & all related documentation
  • Vehicle licence checks for all personnel
  • Checking and approving of invoices along with dealing with any invoice queries
  • Creating cert reports & updating of equipment certification to Eplant System
  • Creation and updating of cert templates on Eplant System
  • Updating IMS documentation
  • Raise Transport PO’s & Cheque requests
  • Management of excel spreadsheets and registers relating to base facility workscopes
  • Support with general Base Facility & finance queries

Specific Requirements for the Co-ordinator:

Education & Experience

Education:

  • NVQ level 2/3 in a relevant subject or applicable work experience.

Experience:

  • Demonstrable Knowledge of the oil and gas industry
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet the demands of the organisation.
  • Competent in using MS Office software in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
